This Privacy Policy explains what personal data RunIGRun ("we", "us") collects when you use runigrun.com, why we use it and the choices you have.

1. Data we collect

• Account details: name, email address and preferred language.
• Order details: the Instagram usernames and post links you submit, package, quantity, price and order status.
• Payment information: card payments are handled by PayTR. We receive the payment status and a transaction reference, never your full card number.
• Technical data: IP address, browser and device information, and pages visited.
• Messages: emails you send us and the support we provide.

2. How we use it

• To create your account, send sign-in codes and deliver your orders.
• To provide refills, refunds and customer support.
• To prevent fraud and abuse and keep the Service secure.
• To measure and improve our website and marketing.

3. Cookies, analytics and advertising

We use a session cookie to keep you signed in and a language cookie to remember your language; your colour-theme choice is stored in your browser. We use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used, Google Ads conversion tracking to measure our ads (when you are signed in, this can include your email and name in hashed form, known as Enhanced Conversions), and Microsoft Clarity, which records anonymised interaction data such as clicks, scrolls and session replays to help us improve the site. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.

4. Who we share data with

We share only what is needed with service providers who help us run the Service: PayTR (payments), fulfilment partners (who receive only the public Instagram username or post link and the ordered quantity), Google and Microsoft (analytics and advertising measurement) and our hosting and email providers. We do not sell your personal data.

5. How long we keep it

We keep account and order records for as long as your account is active and as long as required for accounting, tax and legal obligations. Technical logs are kept for a limited period for security.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR, UK GDPR, the California Consumer Privacy Act or Türkiye's KVKK), you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your data and to object to certain uses. To make a request, email info@runigrun.com from the address on your account. We will respond within the time required by law.

7. International transfers and security

Our servers and some providers are located outside your country. We use reasonable technical and organisational measures, including encrypted (HTTPS) connections, to protect your data.

8. Children

The Service is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
