Refill guarantee

If the delivered count drops after your order is complete, we refill it free of charge: 30 days for followers and 365 days for likes and views, counted from the day the order is completed. Refills cover drops in the quantity we delivered, up to the amount you ordered.

To request a refill, reply to your order email or write to info@runigrun.com with your order details. The account or post must still be public and the username unchanged.

45-day money-back guarantee

If you are not satisfied with an order, you can request a full refund within 45 days of purchase by emailing info@runigrun.com. Refunds go back to the original payment method through PayTR. The time it takes to appear on your statement depends on your bank.

Cancellations

You can cancel any order that has not started yet for a full refund.

Private profiles and invalid usernames

If your profile is private, we hold the order for up to 30 days and start as soon as it is public. If the username is invalid, we will ask you to correct it. In either case you can choose a refund instead.
