Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of runigrun.com and the services offered on it (together, the "Service"), operated by RunIGRun ("we", "us"). By creating an account, placing an order or using our free tools, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. What we provide

RunIGRun provides social media marketing services for Instagram, including followers, likes, views and AI-written comments, as well as free profile analysis tools. Orders are delivered gradually ("drip-fed"). Delivery usually starts within minutes and most orders complete within 6–24 hours; these times are estimates, not guarantees.

We never ask for your Instagram password or two-factor codes. We only need your public @username or the link to a public post.

2. Independence from Instagram and Meta

RunIGRun is an independent service. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Instagram, Meta Platforms, Inc. or any of their affiliates. "Instagram" is a trademark of Instagram, LLC.

Instagram may change its features, limits or rules at any time and may remove engagement or restrict accounts at its own discretion. Instagram's own terms discourage artificial engagement. You are responsible for deciding whether to use the Service and for complying with the rules of the platforms you use. We cannot control actions taken by Instagram.

3. Your account and eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to place an order. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you give us and for keeping your account secure.

Only order services for Instagram accounts you own or are authorised to manage.

4. Orders and requirements

• The target profile or post must be public while delivery is running.
• Do not change your username, delete the post or switch the account to private until the order is complete.
• If your profile is private when you order, we hold the order for up to 30 days and start delivery as soon as the profile is public.
• If a username is invalid, we will ask you to correct it or you can request a refund.

5. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars (USD) at checkout, including any discount. Payments are processed securely by PayTR with 3D Secure. We do not see or store your full card details. Your bank may apply currency conversion or foreign transaction fees.

6. Refills and refunds

Refill guarantee: 30 days on followers and 365 days on likes and views, counted from order completion. Money-back guarantee: 45 days. Unstarted orders can be cancelled. Full details are in our Refund & Refill Policy.

7. Acceptable use

You may not use the Service for illegal content or purposes, for harassment or impersonation, to target accounts you are not authorised to manage, or to abuse payments (for example fraudulent chargebacks). We may refuse or cancel orders that break these Terms.

8. Free tools

Our free analysis tools use publicly available profile information and are provided "as is" for informational purposes. Results may be incomplete if a profile is private or temporarily unavailable.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for actions taken by third-party platforms. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.

10. Changes and contact

We may update these Terms from time to time; the date at the top shows the latest version. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
